What is “Great Word of Mouth”?
If you take an ad out in the newspaper for your business, you’ll get some new customers. But if just one of your customers tells their friends about your business, you’ll get a lot of new customers. Why? Great word-of-mouth. Before the Internet, the ability of one person to “spread the word” about something they liked was pretty much limited to the people in their close, personal circle. Now, thanks to the Internet becoming a part of everyone’s daily lives, one person is able to reach infinitely more people and post opinions about their experiences with a local business. Word-of-mouth has become supercharged in the age of the Internet, as people wanting information look beyond the established experts and professional critics to their friends and others who live in their area.
Why does my business need “Great Word of Mouth”?
By empowering your customers to lend you great word-of-mouth, you can harness the power of the Internet and create a momentum and buzz that your business might not otherwise receive. Consumers are savvier than ever before, and smart business owners are adapting their marketing efforts to reach people using more credible and grassroots methods. Let your business and the value you provide to your customers speak for itself by giving your customers the opportunity to speak out about what a great job you’re doing and spreading the news to a potentially unlimited number of new customers. Imagine people continually telling other people that they should stop by and check out your business. And those people telling more people, and on and on. CityWaboo makes that possible.
How is CityWaboo different from other site?

If they are looking for the best pizza place in their city, they can search their friends’ favorites and in seconds find out where their “inner circle” thinks the best pizza can be found.Unlike other sites that just let users post ratings and reviews, CityWaboo is about recommendations and favorites. It is people telling other people where to go. Get people recommending your business and listing it in their favorites for all their friends to see.
